We had the privilege of serving as the Construction Manager for First Security's Tech Center. This ground-up office building, spanning 57,000 square feet, houses the IT Department, a main server room, a fitness center, and versatile meeting and classroom spaces. Additionally, we constructed an adjacent structure to accommodate backup power generators for the building.
