In 2008 Leland’s Lures built a new facility in Searcy Arkansas. I chose Hart Construction as my general contractor. Adam did a fantastic job of thinking ahead and planning a great project. He brought a lot to the table and was invaluable to helping me get the facility that we needed. He added some great changes to the building. He worked great with the different groups working on the building. He was easy to access and put out a lot of fires during the process.
The service offered by Hart Construction LLC was effective and efficient from the start of our project until we took occupancy. They aided our clinic in the design-build process, worked with the City to ensure all necessary code requirements were being adhered to, and carried out the expansion of the new clinic promptly. The construction crews and workers were managed very well as to not disturb the adjacent clinic businesses. Hart Construction also was able to meet critical timelines we had set so we could begin seeing patients immediately.
I can't tell you enough how much I've appreciated working with your group over the past few months on my new office location. As with any move, it can be very stressful and time consuming, but you company made the transition very smooth for us. You, Chad and Larry keep me informed every step of the way as far as when things were scheduled, costs involved, etc. Being a very detailed person myself, I appreciated the extra attention given to all the little things that went on at the construction site to make sure we were on time for our July 1st move in date.
In 2008, we relocated manufacturing and retail location. We chose Hart Construction to perform the construction on the facility, becaues ofpast references and competitive pricing the presented. Adam presented himself a a person with an exceptional amount of knowledge in the commercial construction industry. The project went well and came in on time as well within budget. We have since been invited to bid on other projects Hart Construction is managing. All in all Hart Construction is a very sound reliable company, well managed and dedicated to service and quality of their work provided.
