Design Build

Many of our client’s projects require the involvement of the architect, contractor, developer, and Realtor working together as a team. We have the ability to take an owner’s conceptual design, and, working directly with the architect, produce a final set of plans and construction budget. Realizing cost may be the largest determining factor in making a deal work, we routinely seek and find ways to design and build cost effective projects. Many times this requires us to go back to the drawing board 3 or 4 times until a project becomes viable. These are all services provided to our clients when they employ Hart Construction, LLC.

Finding ways to make each project cost effective as possible is part of our daily scope of work. Whether working through permitting and code issues, construction cost analysis, or being a phone call away after a job is complete – our team will be there to provide constant communication and thoughtful solutions.
