Hart Construction, LLC team members are qualified, trained, and warranted in the Sealoflex, Inc. product line. Sealoflex provides building envelop systems which can be used for many different applications. Existing deteriorated masonry brick or block buildings can be retrofitted with our wall systems which can provide an elastic, waterproof, EIFS textured membrane. The Sealoflex systems have not only been found to solve water penetration problems, but provide a NEW look to EXISTING buildings. Existing building envelop systems including wood, metal, EIFS, concrete, block, and brick all qualify for retrofit with our cost effective wall systems. In addition, we have waterproofing solutions for below grade, building slab, flashing, masonry, and parapet walls.
